Application
There are currently three options for applying Entra.
Tow and Fert
When using Tow and Fert liquid spray equipment, farmers can achieve precision application of Entra with ease.
Entra is well suited to high concentration slurry application. Vigorous agitation maintains the suspension while it is applied.
Entra slurry
Entra micronised gypsum
Slurry of 1000 kg of Entra in 600 L of water.
Entra applied
Fertigation Equipment
Entra can be mixed with water and applied using standard fertigation equipment.
Spreaders
Entra can be applied through dry spreaders with auger booms.
Entra can be mixed with compost and co-applied.
Video Demonstration
The use of Entra in fertigation is demonstrated in the video below. In particular, it shows how Entra can be applied as an alternative to Calcium Nitrate. The demo simulates Entra in a fertigation tank and a main irrigation line. The simulation is repeated for Entra + urea.
